What ChegTech is
ChegTech is a web design and SEO studio in Auburn, WA. I build custom websites for local service businesses, mostly trades and home services, and do the SEO that gets them found once they’re live. Since June 2025 that has meant HVAC, glass, remodeling and real estate clients around the Puget Sound.
Every build is hand-coded, not assembled in WordPress, Squarespace or Wix. The 14-day clock starts once we’ve done the kickoff call and I have your photos. Your domain and Google accounts are in your name from day one, and the code moves to your GitHub account once the build is paid off. The result I point to most is Pinnacle Air Control, an HVAC company in South Hill, which went from around position 70 to page one for HVAC in their service area after I rebuilt their site.
Web design, SEO, and content services
What ChegTech does
Web design
Custom websites built from scratch, no templates, no page builders. Designed around your actual business and shipped on a clean, fast tech stack you’ll own outright. Standard builds are $4,500 flat and go live in 14 days.
Service detailsWebsite redesign
Rebuilds for sites that aren’t ranking or converting. I keep what’s working, fix what isn’t, and ship on the same modern stack as a from-scratch build. Redesigns go live in 14 days.
Service detailsSEO and AEO optimization
Local SEO and Answer Engine Optimization for the places customers actually search: Google, Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity. Schema, content, Google Business Profile, and the structural work that compounds month over month.
Service detailsMonthly content
SEO-driven articles written for your business and your customers. Topic research, writing, schema, and publishing, handled monthly without you needing to think about it.
Service detailsHosting and maintenance
Managed hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, and ongoing edits. $150/mo, month-to-month, no contracts. You still own the site, cancel any month and walk away with everything.
Service detailsGoogle Ads
Campaign management for Greater Seattle service businesses. Real conversions tracked back to real leads, not vanity clicks. Ad spend paid separately to Google.
