Custom websites built for service businesses in Greater Seattle.
Starting at $2,000 flat. Built from scratch — no templates, no page builders. You own everything I build, the files, the domain, the design — forever. It's all the work of a web design and SEO agency in Auburn serving Greater Seattle.
Why custom beats a template.
A website is a staged house. When a buyer walks into a staged house, they imagine their life inside it. When they walk into an empty or cluttered one, they imagine the work. A custom site builds that same psychological cue — a clear first impression that says "these people know what they're doing." A template can't do that because every business using the same template ends up indistinguishable.
Most search starts on a phone. A cluttered mobile experience is a leave. I build mobile-first — meaning the phone layout is designed first, then scaled up to desktop, not the reverse. That single discipline removes the "everything works on desktop but breaks on mobile" problem that plagues template sites.
And the SEO foundation gets built in during the build, not bolted on after. Server-rendered HTML, semantic markup, schema.org structured data, proper heading hierarchy, fast Core Web Vitals — all of it is part of how the site is constructed. Templates can't reach those numbers because they're optimized for the page builder, not for Google.
In every build.
- Custom layout and visual design — no templates
- Mobile-first, fast-loading, accessible (WCAG AA minimum)
- SEO foundation: server-rendered HTML, semantic markup, schema
- Custom contact forms — step-through, fill-in-the-blank, or your specific format
- Sveltia CMS for easy edits, or fully managed under a monthly plan
- Launch setup: domain, hosting, analytics, Google Business Profile if needed
Where I work.
From Auburn out across Greater Seattle — Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Kent, WA, Renton, Federal Way, Puyallup, and Covington. Most builds end up in South King County or Pierce County because that's where I'm based, but I'll work anywhere in the Puget Sound region depending on the project. If you're outside that radius, tell me what you're trying to do — sometimes the right answer is still yes.
Discovery to launch in 2–3 weeks.
Discovery + content
I learn your business, your customer, your competition. We collect the photos and copy or write them together. Page plan and sitemap finalized.
Design prototype
I build out the homepage and one or two key inner pages in production code — not a Figma mockup. You see exactly how the real site will look and feel, and we iterate.
Build + launch
Remaining pages built out. Forms, schema, analytics, GBP if needed. Final review. Launch on a Tuesday or Wednesday so I'm around if something needs adjusting.
IGo Green Enterprises — $20k job in weeks.
IGo Green Enterprises is a Seattle glass installation company — shower doors, glass rails, wall partitions, mirrors. They came to me with a dated website — the right information was there, but the design was years behind and it skipped a lot of the services they offer. No Google Business Profile, no social accounts; the business ran on word-of-mouth.
I rebuilt the site from scratch — modern design, expanded to cover the services the old one left out — set up their Google Business Profile, configured analytics, did the initial SEO, and helped them set up a review-generation plan. Within weeks of launch, the site landed them a $20,000 job direct from an inbound lead.
Tima Chegarnov, owner:
"ChegTech did a fantastic job for my glass installation company. Super easy to work with, would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a website done right. Will use them again for any future business endeavours."

Two to three weeks from content lock to launch. Discovery and content gathering take the first week; design prototype and your review in week two; build, iteration, and launch in week three.
Most clients don't. I help write the copy with you and source or take real photos. The site won't go live with stock imagery — I'd rather wait a week to get real photos than launch with something generic.
Yes. There are two formal review rounds built into the timeline — one on the design prototype, one before launch. Between those, smaller tweaks land on a rolling basis.
Yes. Every site I build runs on Sveltia CMS, which gives you a clean editing interface for text and photos. I walk you through it after launch. If you prefer I just handle edits, that's what the monthly plans are for.
You get the full site files, hosting access, domain control, and a quick walkthrough of how everything works. Then you decide whether to take it from here or keep me on a monthly plan for hosting, maintenance, and ongoing SEO.
