Most clients are owner-operator service businesses across the South King and South Pierce corridor — Auburn, Kent, Federal Way, Puyallup, South Hill, Bonney Lake, Tacoma — plus Seattle proper for commercial work. HVAC, glass, general contracting, and the trades are the heaviest concentration so far, but the playbook works across every industry I build for.
Project scope is usually one of three things: a from-scratch site for a business that's been running on referrals, a full rebuild of a stale WordPress template, or ongoing SEO and content work on a site that's already converting. Flat-rate, project-by-project, no retainers required. Pricing starts at $2,000.
