Most clients are owner-operator service businesses across the South King and South Pierce corridor (Auburn, Kent, Federal Way, Puyallup, South Hill, Bonney Lake, Tacoma) plus Seattle proper for commercial work. HVAC, glass, general contracting, and the trades are the heaviest concentration so far, but the playbook works across every industry I build for.
Project scope is usually one of three things: a from-scratch site for a business that's been running on referrals, a full rebuild of a stale WordPress template, or ongoing SEO and content work on a site that's already converting. Flat-rate, project-by-project, no retainers required. Pricing starts at $2,000.
